What Are Shamanic Journeys?
In a Shamanic Journey, you are guided—often with the support of rhythmic drumming, meditation, or visualization—into a trance state where the ordinary mind quiets down and the spiritual senses awaken. From this place, you can meet power animals, ancestral guides, or healing spirits who offer insight, protection, and renewal.
Journeys are not about escaping reality, but about deepening your relationship with yourself, nature, and the unseen dimensions of life.
How It Works
During a session, I create a safe and grounded container for you to travel inward. You may receive visions, messages, or sensations that point to areas of healing or growth. After the journey, we take time to share and integrate what has arisen, so the experience becomes anchored in your daily life.
Journeys may be held individually or in group ceremonies, always attuned to the needs of those present.
